Publish a component

A stem is a web component that ships through Stems' composition contract. Before you sign in, here is what review expects:

• Shadow DOM isolation, design tokens only, typed manifest, data-bus only — no privileged access
• Pick a component type and optional content hash (dedup key) on the submit form
• Submissions start as Pending; they earn only after AST conformance + human approval
